GNUPG.png

GnuPG

GNU Privacy Guard (GnuPG) is a free and open-source software tool that provides encryption for files and communications. INTJ Billing utilizes GnuPG to encrypt the sensitive KYC/AML data gathered from customers, ensuring its confidentiality and integrity. The public key is used to encrypt the data, while the private key is used to decrypt it. This ensures that only the intended recipient, who possesses the corresponding private key, can decrypt and access the data.

By encrypting KYC/AML data with GnuPG, INTJ Billing ensures that customer information is protected from unauthorized access and interception. This not only helps to maintain customer privacy and confidentiality but also ensures compliance with data protection regulations and standards.

letsencrypt.png SSL.png

SSL and Let's Encrypt

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Let's Encrypt are technologies that play a crucial role in securing the INTJ Billing website's secure upload forms, especially for sensitive data like KYC/AML documents.

SSL is a standard security technology that establishes an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. It ensures that all data transmitted between the web server and the browser remains encrypted and secure. This encryption prevents unauthorized access to sensitive information, such as KYC/AML documents, during transmission.

Let's Encrypt is a free, automated, and open Certificate Authority that provides SSL certificates for websites. These certificates enable HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure), which is the secure version of HTTP. Let's Encrypt certificates are widely used to secure websites and ensure that data transmitted over the internet is protected from eavesdropping and tampering.

By implementing SSL with Let's Encrypt certificates on the secure upload forms of the INTJ Billing website, all data submitted by customers, including KYC/AML documents, is encrypted and protected during transmission. This ensures that customer data remains confidential and secure, helping INTJ Billing comply with data protection regulations and providing customers with peace of mind regarding the security of their information.
